Tuna and Mustard Pizza

  • 1 pizza dough
  • 250 g Natural Tuna
  •  1 red onion
  •  20 cl tomato coulis
  •  100 g grated Swiss cheese
  •  Herbes de Provence
  •  Olive oil
  •  Salt
  •  Pepper
  •  Mustard

RECIPE STEPS

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Chop the onion.
  3. Place a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet.
  4. Spread the dough on top.
  5. Spread a very thin layer of mustard. Then spread the tomato, sprinkle
  6. with a drizzle of olive oil, herbs of Provence, salt, pepper. Sprinkle with Swiss cheese.
  7. Bake for about 15 min.
  8. Drain the tuna and spread over the pizza, sprinkle with the onion
