Tuna and Mustard Pizza

- 1 pizza dough
- 250 g Natural Tuna
- 1 red onion
- 20 cl tomato coulis
- 100 g grated Swiss cheese
- Herbes de Provence
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Mustard
RECIPE STEPS
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Chop the onion.
- Place a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet.
- Spread the dough on top.
- Spread a very thin layer of mustard. Then spread the tomato, sprinkle
- with a drizzle of olive oil, herbs of Provence, salt, pepper. Sprinkle with Swiss cheese.
- Bake for about 15 min.
- Drain the tuna and spread over the pizza, sprinkle with the onion
