Avocado and Tuna Summer Sandwich

RECIPE STEPS

 

  1. Cut the avocado in half, collect the flesh, and mash it with a fork. Mix the avocado purée with the tuna crumbs.
  2. It is not necessary to add mayonnaise to the mixture, because the avocado is already fat enough, and makes the mixture less dry. To this mixture, add pieces of meat into slices.
  3. Cut the chopsticks lengthwise and stir in the mixture. You can add seasoning of your choice: herbs, spices, lemon juice, etc.
