LIST OF INGREDIENTS

    • 500g flour
    • 1 tablespoon oil
    • 1 tablespoon of sugar
    • 1 tablespoon of fresh yeast
    • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
    • 250ml of water

Example of stuffing:

    • 1 box of 400g Fnar tuna
    • 4 tablespoons corn
    • 2 tablespoons sliced pickles
    • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

RECIPE STEPS

    1. Knead all the ingredients well.
    2. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut using a pot of approximately 5 cm in diameter
    3. Place the patties on a floured towel, cover and let rise.
    4. Heat a frying pan and cook the small patties on both sides without using fat
    5. Leave to cool a little then cut them without opening them completely and stuff them with the stuffing of your choice.
