Cannelloni with grilled vegetables and tuna

- 16 cannelloni
- 400g Natural canned tuna
- 100g grated Gruyere
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 40 cl Tomato coulis
- 1 drizzle of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper

RECIPE STEPS

- Peel and dice the carrot. Peel and chop the onion. In a saucepan, heat the oil and sauté the onion and carrot for 3 minutes. Add the tuna with a little of the canned juice and mix.
- Pour 20 cl of coulis, then salt and pepper. Let simmer for 15 minutes covered.
- Preheat the oven to th 6 (180°C).
- Using a piping bag or a spoon, stuff the cannelloni.
- Place them in a gratin dish then pour the rest of the coulis on top.
- Spread the gruyère and bake for 30/40 min.
