Cannelloni with grilled vegetables and tuna

LIST OF INGREDIENTS

    • 16 cannelloni
    • 400g Natural canned tuna
    • 100g grated Gruyere
    • 1 carrot
    • 1 onion
    • 40 cl Tomato coulis
    • 1 drizzle of olive oil
    • Salt
    • Pepper

RECIPE STEPS

    1. Peel and dice the carrot. Peel and chop the onion. In a saucepan, heat the oil and sauté the onion and carrot for 3 minutes. Add the tuna with a little of the canned juice and mix.
    2. Pour 20 cl of coulis, then salt and pepper. Let simmer for 15 minutes covered.
    3. Preheat the oven to th 6 (180°C).
    4. Using a piping bag or a spoon, stuff the cannelloni.
    5. Place them in a gratin dish then pour the rest of the coulis on top.
    6. Spread the gruyère and bake for 30/40 min.
