Recipe for crispy bricks tuna cheese
ingredient list
- 1 pack of bricks sheet
- 1 potato cooked in water
- 1 egg
- 1 can of natural tuna
- 100 g grated cheese
- 1 stalk celery
- Parsley or cilantro
- 1 teaspoon
- Spices: ground cumin, paprika, turmeric, curry … of your choice

RECIPE STEPS
- Preheat oven to 180°C
- In a pot of boiling water, cook the potato for about 15 minutes then peel it
- In the bowl of a food processor or in a large bowl with a fork, mix or mash the apple and tuna you coarsely crumble then add the capers, add the spices the paprika, ground cumin, fleur de sel, the curly parsley, celery branch you slice (leaves and branches for crunch)
- Transfer to a large bowl and then stir in the whole egg, the grated cheese, mix with the spatula to make a nice paste for stuffing
- Cut the bricks leaves in half to have half-circles
- Prepare in a small bowl 2 tablespoons of maizena or flour with a little water to obtain a pasty preparation that will serve us to solder the sheet of brick
Fold, as I show in the video below - Brush the bricks with oil or melted butter and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes
